Match & Pleasure lake 25 Pegs 

The newest lake on the complex with 25 easily accessible pegs with parking directly behind each peg.

Crow lake is 25m wide with shallow margins with maximum depths of around 5ft.
All anglers fish from the one bank giving plenty of options for both rod, line or pole tactics.

As a predominant match lake it is heavily stocked with Carp from 1-10lb with an average size of 2-4lb. 
The F1 carp average 1-2lb which offer bites all year round.

The current Match record stands at 268lb recorded in June 2023. 
 
Spring/Summer tactics 
Caster or pellet shallow at around 13m or hard pellets on the deck.

Groundbait or micros in the edges with bunches of maggots or worms as hook bait.

Method feeder tight across to the far side or  Bomb or waggler heavily fed with 6/8mm pellets.

Winter tactics 
methods that work best are maggot on the long pole or small maggot feeder approach 3/4 of the way over on those really hard days bomb and bread.
