Created in 2017, a canal style match lake
Surface Are: 0.8 Hectare
Shape: Straight edged triangular shaped, 13-14 meters wide throughout.
The 29 pegs are evenly spaced with parking directly behind. Each peg has a shallow slope to the side, with two flat shelves directly in front on the far bank, a permanent fish holding feature. The lake is well stocked with Carp, Tench, F1’s and mirror carp all up to 10lbs.
Recommended Baits:
Spring/Summer – Maggots, Meat, pellets, paste, Casters, corn & chopped worm and caster
Autumn/Winter – Maggots, Pinkies, Casters, Corn & Bread
Best Methods:
Pole tight across with pellets ,meat or worms and caster
caster or pellet shallow at 6m for F1’s and carp
Dead maggots and groundbait or over wetted micros with bunches or maggots or paste in the margins.
